For teams
Raise the floor on how your team works with AI.
The hidden tax on AI-assisted work isn't burnout — it's the time engineers lose every time they switch tasks and have to ground the AI from scratch. Linguist names that cost, measures it, and trains it down.
Lower context-switch cost
The headline outcome. Trained engineers re-ground the AI faster, resume paused conversations cleanly, and stop re-paying the same context tax on every task.
Floor-raising
Every completer reaches the Enabled tier — competent, deliberate use of AI for real work. No more long-tail of autocomplete users.
Measured, not self-reported
Every engineer assessed in an instrumented sandbox against a published rubric. Bracket placement before training, movement after.
How it works
- Free baseline session. Each engineer runs through a standardised scenario in our Cyborg sandbox. Output: per-engineer bracket placement + an org-level capability map.
- 6-week programme — Enabled track. The default: train every engineer to Enabled. Cohort or internal-only delivery. Each track is informed by baseline gaps.
- Advanced upgrade (engineering teams). Optional add-on for engineers using Claude Code in their day-to-day: cost awareness, session hygiene, agent delegation. Separate SKU.
- Post-training reassessment. Same rubric. You get bracket movement, behavioural deltas, and wellbeing deltas in one report.
- Quarterly refresh. Optional. The tooling ships fast; capability decays without it.
